As per the details available on the terms and conditions page on the Airtel site, the 1.5 GB per day data benefit is applicable for new prepaid customers. The data will be valid for 224 days starting from 48 hours after the Airtel SIM is inserted in the 4G hotspot device, the company informed. Data benefits will not be available if the user uses the SIM in a handset other than the eligible device.
