India has a very beautiful culture and extraordinary energy.” According to Cook, “We are excited to continue to support our customers, invest in local communities and lead the way with innovations that serve humanity.” In the last financial year, the export of mobile phones from the country has increased to $ 11.12 billion (about Rs 90,000 crore). Apple’s stake in this is about half. In the previous financial year, the export of mobile phones was around Rs 45,000 crore. The company has exported Made in India iPhones worth about $5.5 billion (about Rs 45,000 crore).
