Battle Grounds Mobile India (BGMI) is going to be the first of the hundreds of apps banned by the government last year to return to India. Crafton India CEO Sean Hyunil Sohn said in a press release that he is very grateful to the Indian government for allowing the game to return to India. He also thanks the gaming community for being patient for so many months. Along with this, he also recalled the achievement that the game had achieved in India. BGMI was downloaded by 100 million people in India. The game was launched in July 2021.
After the ban on the popular game PUBG, the company created BGMI especially keeping in mind the Indian users. After a 10-month ban, the game is now set to return to India. At the same time, regarding this game, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has said that Krafton will have to ensure that it operates the game within the purview of the rules of the Government of India. This time many changes can also be seen in Battle Grounds Mobile India (BGMI).
According to media reports, the game will also have a time limit for how long the user can play the game. Along with this, some changes can also be seen regarding the colors. For example, players will be able to change the color of blood from red to green or blue. It is also being said that the game will be initially launched for 3 months. That is, first it can be launched on a trial basis. After this the IT Ministry will monitor it, keep an eye on the operation, check it and then further decision will be taken.
