BSNL’s 1500GB FTTH plan now available in other cities as well

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has expanded its existing 1500 GB FTTH plan, which is now offered in Tamil Nadu as well. At the time of launch, this plan was available only in Chennai and Telangana circles. In BSNL’s 1500 GB Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) plan, customers get 1500 GB data at 200 Mbps speed. Along with this, unlimited local and STD calls are also available on all networks. After the 1500 GB data is over, the internet speed becomes 2 Mbps. The 1500GB FTTH plan was introduced in Bhawanipatna city of Odisha as well as Puducherry.

According to the tweet, plans ranging from Rs 499 to Rs 1,999 are available in these cities. In the plan of Rs 499, 100 GB data is available at a speed of 20 Mbps. At the same time, in the plan of Rs 1,999, 1500 GB data is available at the speed of 200 Mbps.

Apart from this, customers will also get Hotstar Premium subscription with the Rs 749 plan. At the same time, Amazon Prime subscription is available free of cost in all BSNL Bharat Fiber plans. However, it is not yet clear whether all these benefits are available with the Rs 1,999 plan.

The state-owned telecom operator had earlier extended the work from home promotional broadband plan for landline customers till June 20 in view of the coronavirus lockdown.
