BSNL’s 6 paisa cashback offer now available till May 31

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has now extended the validity of 6 paisa cashback offer for its landline users till May 31. Let us tell you, in this offer, the consumer making landline calls gets a chance to win cashback, this offer was launched last year. Earlier this offer was extended till May 1, but now the state-owned telecom operator company has announced that this cashback offer will be valid till May 31. That is, this offer is going to be valid till the end of Lockdown 4.0, under which the company is providing some relief to its customers. The purpose of this BSNL cashback offer is to encourage people to make landline calls.

BSNL Tamil Nadu has Twitter Announcing on the account, said that the validity of the 6 paisa cashback offer is being extended till May 31. In this offer, BSNL offers 6 paise cashback to customers for making landline calls for more than 5 minutes. Users can avail this 6 paisa cashback offer via SMS. For this, all they have to do is SMS ‘ACT 6 paisa’ to 9478053334. Notably, the cashback offer is only available for BSNL wireline, broadband and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) subscribers.

It is worth noting that this offer was first introduced in November 2019, when Reliance Jio announced a charge of 6 paise per minute for making voice calls to other telecom companies. However, since then this offer has been extended several times, and now the company has simplified the process of availing this offer via SMS.

Recently BSNL had reduced the validity of Vasantham Gold PV 96 prepaid plan in Tamil Nadu circle. Earlier the validity of this plan was 90 days, but later the company reduced it to only 60 days. BSNL’s Vasantham Gold PV 96 prepaid plan offers users 250 minutes of voice calls and 100 SMS per day to any telecom network (except Delhi and Mumbai). The benefits of the offer are valid only for 21 days, the remaining days the subscribers can only receive incoming calls. After 21 days, outgoing calls are charged at Re 1 per minute, while STD calls are charged at Rs 1.30. The local charge for a message is Rs 0.80 and the charge for a national message is Rs 1.20. No data pack facility is available in this pack. On the other hand, if you use data in this pack, then 25 paise per SB is charged.
