According to the information given on the Dish TV website, Dish TV has increased the pack of 100 SD channels to 200 SD channels from the earlier NCF slab. This means that users can now watch twice as many SD channels for Rs 130 (Rs 153.40 including taxes).
The company is charging a fee of Rs 160 (Rs 188.80 including taxes) per month from customers who take more than the quota of 200 SD channels. These 200 channels include all free-to-air (FTA) channels and some paid channels except Doordarshan. Apart from this, also tell that for the calculation of the number of channels available in the network capacity fee, the company has made it clear that one HD channel will be considered equal to two HD channels. If the customer is using an HD connection and opts for an HD channel, then for opting for one HD channel, one additional SD channel will be available.
If you have more than one connection, then Dish TV has kept a flat fee of Rs 50 (taxes separately) for the secondary connection. Customers can add up to three additional connections to their one main connection.
