ChatGPT Maker OpenAI Bug Bounty Program Offering 20000 Dollars for Reporting Issues in AI Systems Details

news agency Reuters According, OpenAI has promised to give up to 20 thousand dollars to those users who will find bugs in this AI chatbot. The bug bounty program went live yesterday, Tuesday. People will be rewarded based on the severity of the bug they report, with rewards starting at $200 (roughly Rs. 16,412) per vulnerability.

Bug bounty programs are not a new concept. Often, technology companies reward programmers and ethical hackers for reporting bugs in their software systems. According to information available on the bug bounty platform Bugcrowd, OpenAI has invited researchers to review some of the functionality of ChatGPT and the framework for how OpenAI systems communicate and share data with third-party applications.

This program does not involve generating false or malicious content generated by OpenAI systems.
