Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 12 series in international markets. The Indian division of the company has started promotions for the upcoming release of these phones in the country. Due to this, the company is sharing the competition and data of the old Redmi Note model. Global sales of Redmi Note series in October 2021 stood at 240 million units. After a little over a year, this data has now crossed 60 million units.

The reason behind the increase in sales of the Redmi Note series could be the multiple models released by the company. Either way, sales are set to decline in 2022 as the company sold over 40 million units within 5 months last year.

Xiaomi currently sells two different Redmi Note lineups, one for China and the other for the global market. At the same time, the company also sells special models in some areas. Similarly these days it is difficult to say anything about the smartphones being launched under a generation of Redmi Note.
According to rumours, there could be at least 4 models in the Redmi Note 12 series in international markets, which could include the Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G. These devices are expected to be different from the Redmi Note 12 model that was officially launched in China in late October. You will soon know what will be special in the upcoming Redmi Note 12 lineup.
