Google Pixel Buds Pro TWS Earbuds Have Been Launched

The price of the Google Pixel Buds Pro in India is set at Rs. 19,990.

This week, Google launched a pair of Pixel Buds Pro truly wireless stereo earphones (TWS) in India that were aimed at working with smartphones.

As compared to the previous Pixel Buds models, these earbuds come with active noise cancellation (ANC) support, which makes them a much more superior product in terms of quality.

At the Google I/O 2022 event in May, they were shown alongside the Google Pixel Watch and the Google Pixel 6a as a part of the display. Flipkart is to launch the audio wearable in India at the beginning of July on the 28th.

In the Indian market, the Google Pixel Buds Pro have a dedicated transparency mode and will be competing against the likes of Apple’s AirPods Pro and Samsung’s Galaxy Buds Pro smartphones that have a similar feature.

The Google Pixel Buds Pro price and availability in India

It has been revealed that Google Pixel Buds Pro earbuds will come with a price tag of Rs. 19,990 (approximatley $235). Flipkart will be the only platform through which you can purchase them in India starting with the 28th of July.

There were a few things that were expected to happen regarding Google Pixel Buds Pro during the month of May, including the price tag of $199 (roughly Rs. 15,400) and their availability from the second half of the year. Charcoal, Coral, Fog, and Lemongrass ear buds were the main colours of the earbuds that were unveiled at the event.

Google Pixel Buds Pro specifications

A customized six-core audio chip from Google is included in the Google Pixel Buds Pro, along with an active noise cancellation feature (ANC) that is powered by algorithms that have been developed by Google. Additionally, a special transparency mode is available that allows users to hear ambient sounds without clearing up the display.

There will be an improved hands-free Google Assistant experience with the Pixel Buds and Pixel Buds A-Series that have been updated with new features. Moreover, they have capacitive touch sensors which support taps and swipes for the support of touch and swipe gestures.

Unlike the Pixel Buds Pro which feature an IPX4 splash-resistant design, the Google Pixel Buds Pro are equipped with an IPX2 splash-resistant design on the case and earbuds. USB Type-C is supported as well as Qi wireless charging on the charging case that supports both wired and wireless charging.

Multipoint connectivity is available on the earbuds, enabling them to be paired with a multiple device at the same time if they have a multipoint connection. With regards to connectivity, the Google Pixel Buds Pro have Bluetooth v5.0 capability, and they are also compatible with any Bluetooth v4.0+ device, including Android devices as well as tablets and laptops that have Bluetooth software.

There is also a Find My Device App provided by Google which users can use in case they lose an earbud from the Google Pixel Buds Pro. In addition, this case supports fast charging for delivering up to one hour of listening time in five minutes only by charging it for five minutes. A total of 31 hours (without ANC) of listening time is possible with this headphones.
