Jio’s customer representative will call you back within 3 to 4 working days. KYC verification is done from you at home itself. In this, verification of Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) is done. For this, you have to present any one document out of Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport and Driving License.
Your new Jio Postpaid Plus SIM is delivered to you and is then activated within 24 hours. A security deposit of Rs 250 is taken from Jio and Rs 99 is charged for Jio Prime.
