First of all, the Aadhaar number of the person to whom you are sending the money should be linked to the bank account. If it is not so, then you will not be able to send money through Aadhaar number. Second, the BHIM app does not display the name of the account holder due to privacy and security reasons, so before sending money, make sure that you have entered the correct Aadhaar number.

How to send money to Aadhaar number through BHIM app
1. Open BHIM app on your phone.
2. Tap on Send Money.
3. Tap on the three dots appearing on the top right. After that choose Aadhaar Pay.
4. After this, enter the Aadhaar number on which the money is to be sent.
5. Now tap on Verify. Here it is checked whether that Aadhaar number is linked to a bank account or not.
6. Next you will see the Aadhaar number of that person. Please double check the same as the name of the account holder will not appear.
7. After this enter the transfer amount. And also tell the reason for the payment.
8. Now tap on Pay.
In this way, you will be able to send money to any Aadhaar number through BHIM app.
