Elon Musk’s space company ‘SpaceX’ is going to test its Starship Rocket again today. It is called the world’s most powerful rocket. The company had made the first attempt at the launch test of the Starship rocket on April 17, but the mission had to be postponed due to a technical glitch at the last minute. If this test is successful today, then the company will create history. Space agencies around the world are eyeing this mission. This launch test can also be seen live from India.

As per reports, Starship is a reusable rocket. It mainly has two parts. The first is the Passenger Carry Section, which is where the passengers will stay, while the second is the Super Heavy Rocket Booster. Including the starship and booster, its length is 394 feet (120 m). While the weight is 50 lakh kg. According to information, the Starship rocket is capable of generating 16 million pounds (70 meganewtons) of thrust. This is almost twice as high as NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS) rocket.

If everything goes according to plan today, the ‘Super Heavy Booster’ will separate from the Starship about 8 minutes after the rocket takes off. It will fall into the sea 20 miles from the launch site. At the same time, the flight of the Starship rocket will continue. The approximately 90-minute spaceflight will land in the Pacific Ocean about 60 miles northwest of Kauai in the Hawaiian Islands. It is believed that one day humans will travel to Mars only through the Starship rocket. Elon Musk has already said that there is a 50 percent chance of the Starship exploding during launch. He said the launch ‘won’t be boring’.
