Jio ‘discontinued’ Jio Fiber Preview Offer, these users are not getting the benefit

The Jio Fiber Preview Offer scheme provided by Reliance Jio is no longer available for new users. Let us tell you that this offer was introduced by Jio as an initial scheme, so that new users can be enticed to choose high broadband speed service. This offer was brought even before the Jio Fiber Broadband Service was launched commercially. This facility was available to the users with a refundable security deposit of Rs 2500 or Rs 4500. Let us tell you that in the month of September this year, Jio had announced that all the subscribers taking advantage of the preview offer would be shifted to the paid plan. However, many customers are still taking advantage of the free service. But in the meantime, there is news that new Jio Fiber customers will not get the benefit of the preview offer.

For new Jio Fiber customers, Reliance Jio will have to opt for at least Rs 699 Bronze plan. Let us tell you that this is the cheapest plan from the company to get high speed broadband. The free preview offer was launched in July 2017. This facility was also available during the commercial launch of Jio Fiber service in the month of September. At that time, customers had to deposit a security of at least Rs 2500 for internet connection.

telecom talk key according to reportsNew Jio Fiber customers no longer have the option of preview offer. This was natural, as Jio had already hinted that Jio Fiber customers availing the preview offer would soon have to opt for paid plans.

In conversation with Gadgets 360, many customers of Jio Fiber told that they have not received any update to choose the plan at the moment. Many customers are yet to be shifted from the preview offer to the paid plan. Let us tell you that under the preview offer, there is a limit of 1.1 TB with 100 Mbps speed. This benefit is not available in the Rs 699 Jio Fiber Bronze plan.

Talking about the paid plans of Jio Fiber, it has Silver plan for Rs 849, Gold plan for Rs 1,299, Diamond plan for Rs 2,499, Platinum plan for Rs 3,999 and Titanium plan for Rs 8,499. Reliance Jio also has plans for 6 months. In this, one month free service and 50 percent additional data is available. Similarly, there is also a three-month plan under which 25 percent additional data is available.

Let us tell you that for the customers who choose the Platinum plan and Titanium plan of Jio Fiber, Jio VR platform, Jio First Day – First Show movies service and special sports content are also available. The reality is that till now only a few customers have started recharging with these plans of Jio.
