JioBook laptop may be launched in 3 variants, hint from BIS listing!

JioBook laptop may be launched in India soon. The laptop has reportedly been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. Jio’s upcoming laptop is listed in three variants on this certification website. Apart from the internal model, not much information related to this laptop has been revealed at the moment. However, earlier reports indicated that the JioBook may come with 4G LTE connectivity. It may have Snapdragon processor, 4 GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64 GB storage. At present, the launch date of Geobaku has not been disclosed.

Jio Laptop has been spotted in three internal models, which are NB1118QMW, NB1148QMW, and NB1112MM. It appears that Reliance Jio laptop can knock in three different variants.

Earlier leaks indicated that the upcoming Jio laptop will come with a display with HD (1,366×768 pixels) resolution. Also, it was said about the laptop that it will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, which will include Snapdragon X12 4G modem. The laptop has been tested in multiple variants and one of the models packs 2GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 32GB of eMMC storage. There is also another model, which is said to include 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage.

On the connectivity front, it could include a mini HDMI connector, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. It is also said to come equipped with a three-axis accelerometer and a Qualcomm audio chip.

Jio can also include its native apps such as JioStore, JioMeet and JioPages in this laptop. Furthermore, it will reportedly have Microsoft products such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Edge, and Office preinstalled.

At present, no information has been shared regarding the price and availability of JioBook. Although, it was earlier said about JioBook that it would be launched during Jio’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the year 2021, but this did not happen.
