Lenovo India has launched its latest smartphone K6 Power in India. The price of Lenovo K6 Power is Rs 9,999. It will be exclusively available on the e-commerce site Flipkart. The sale of the handset will start on December 6 at 12 noon.
Lenovo K6 Power sports a 5-inch Full HD (1920×1090 pixels) IPS display. This Lenovo phone has 3 GB RAM with 1.4 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor. Adreno 505 GPU is integrated for graphics. Storage is 32GB which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. The phone sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX258 sensor along with LED flash. An 8-megapixel camera has been provided for selfie and video chatting. The company has given 4000 mAh battery in this phone. It is claimed to deliver talk time of up to 48 hours and standby time of up to 649 hours.
Coolpad Mega 3 and Note 3S
Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad has launched two new smartphones Mega 3 and Note 3S in India. Coolpad Mega 3 is a triple SIM card supporting phone and its price is Rs.6,999. Whereas, the Coolpad Note 3S smartphone will be available for Rs 9,999. Both smartphones will be exclusively available on e-commerce site Amazon India.
First thing about Coolpad Mega 3. This 4G phone that supports three SIM cards has a 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display. 1.25GHz quad-core MT6737 chipset has been used in the Mega 3 phone. 2 GB RAM is available for multitasking. The inbuilt storage is 16GB which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card if needed. The smartphone will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Now let’s talk about Coolpad Note 3S. This phone with 5.5 inch IPS HD display looks more powerful than Mega 3 in terms of specification. In this, the company has given 3 GB RAM with 1.36 GHz octa-core MSM8929 chipset. The inbuilt storage is 32 GB and users will also be able to use microSD up to 32 GB. This dual SIM phone will run on Cool UI 8.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Coolpad Note 3S sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera and a 5-megapixel sensor for selfie lovers.
Lava X50+
After launching the Lava A97 smartphone, domestic electronics company Lava has introduced another budget handset. The Lava X50+ smartphone is an upgraded variant of the Lava X50 launched by the company in the month of July. Its price is Rs 9,199. Lava X50+ has been listed on the company’s website. No information has been given by the company about making it officially available.
Talking about the specifications, the Lava X50+ flaunts a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS on-cell display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM. The inbuilt storage is 32GB which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card if needed. Lava X50+ sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, autofocus, and 1080p video support. There is a 5 megapixel sensor on the front panel. An LED flash has also been provided with it. The battery capacity is 2800 mAh. Users will be able to use two SIM cards in this phone running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
OnePlus 3T (Launched in India)
OnePlus on Friday launched its new smartphone OnePlus 3T in India. The company held a launch event in New Delhi on Friday. The price of 64 GB variant of OnePlus 3T is Rs 29,999 while 128 GB variant is Rs 34,999. This phone will be available exclusively on e-commerce site Amazon India from December 14.
Talking about the difference between the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T, the new smartphone has a faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor while the original had a Snapdragon 820 processor. The new phone comes in 64GB and 128GB storage variants while the OnePlus 3 is only available in 64GB storage variant. The company has given a 16-megapixel front camera in OnePlus 3T, doubling the resolution. While OnePlus 3 has 8 megapixel front camera. The phone packs a massive 3400mAh battery while the OnePlus 3 packs a 3000mAh battery. This phone supports Dash Charge (5V 4A) fast charging technology. The rest of the specifications of both these smartphones are the same. The OnePlus 3T also sports an aluminum metal unibody design. The home button houses the fingerprint sensor and in addition to the capacitive hardware buttons, there is also an alert slider. This phone comes with USB 2.0 Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1080×1920 pixels) Optic AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. This phone has 6 GB LPDDR4 RAM.
Meizu M3x and Meizu Pro 6 Plus
Meizu M3X and Meizu Pro 6 Plus smartphones have been launched in China. The Meizu M3X starts at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 16,900) and the Meizu Pro 6 Plus starts at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 29,900). The sale of both these smartphones will start from December 8 and December 23 respectively.
Meizu M3X and Meizu Pro 6 Plus are offered in two variants based on RAM and storage. The Meizu M3X is priced at CNY 1,699 (roughly Rs. 16,900) for the 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. At the same time, the variant with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage will be available in 1,999 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 19,900).
The Meizu Pro 6 Plus is priced at CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 29,900) for the 2GHz Exynos 8890 chipset and 64GB storage variant. The version with 2.3GHz Exynos 8890 chipset and 128GB storage will be available for 3,299 Chinese yuan (about Rs 32,800).
The Meizu M3X smartphone sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) LCD display. It is powered by 2.3GHz 64bit MediaTek P20 octa-core processor with ARM Mali T880 GPU for graphics. The new M3X phone will run on Flyme OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It comes with dual sim slot. Meizu M3X sports a 12-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and 4K video recording support. A 5-megapixel sensor with F / 2.0 aperture has been given for selfie. The fingerprint sensor also serves as the home button. The smartphone houses a 3200mAh battery and supports fast charging.
The Meizu Pro 6 Plus, on the other hand, sports a 5.7-inch QuadHD (1440×2560 pixels) AMOLED display with a pressure-sensitive display. Protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 4 has been given on it. Handset has been given 4 GB RAM and Mali T880 MP10 GPU with Exynos 8890 chipset. The Pro 6 Plus also runs on Flyme OS 6 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The camera setup of the Meizu Pro 6 Plus is the same as that of the Meizu M3X. Just its rear camera is equipped with dual-tone 10 LED ring flash, laser autofocus and 4 axis optical image stabilization. Apart from fingerprint sensor, heart rate sensor and infrared sensor are also provided in the handset. Its battery is of 3400 mAh.

LeEco and Coolpad have launched the second smartphone of their partnership. It has been named Cool Changer 1C. The smartphone is available for registration on Coolpad’s official site as well as on lemall.com and jedi.com. Its price is 899 Chinese Yuan (about Rs 9,000) and it will be available for sale in the Chinese market from December 6.
Cool Changer 1C sports a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS (1080×1920 pixels) display. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor with four cores clocking at 1.2GHz and the remaining four clocking at 1.8GHz. The handset has 32 GB of storage with 3 GB of RAM. This dual SIM smartphone will run on EUI 5.8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Cool Charger 1C by LeEco and Coolpad sports a 13MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and 4K video recording support. The Changer 1C also sports an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Intex has launched a new entry-level smartphone in the Aqua series, the Aqua Classic 2. The price of Intex Aqua Classic 2 is Rs.4,600. This phone is available for purchase at all retail stores. Intex Aqua Classic 2 sports a 5-inch (480×854 pixels) FWVGA display. The density of the screen is 196 PPI. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor and Mali-400 MPTU for graphics. RAM is 1 GB. Inbuilt storage is 8 GB which can be expanded up to 32 GB via memory card.
On the camera front, the Intex Aqua Classic 2 sports a 8 Megapixel Auto Focus Rear Camera with LED Flash. For selfie lovers, there is a 5 megapixel camera. This phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. This is a dual sim smartphone. Aqua Classic 2 houses a 2200 mAh battery.
