Never seen such a picture of Jupiter and its moon Europa, James Webb Telescope clicked

The largest telescope ever deployed in space, the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is surprising the world with its images. The views of the universe that have appeared one after the other have shown us a new perspective. Meanwhile, the American Space Agency NASA has released another picture. It has also been captured by the Webb telescope, but it is not included in the full resolution pictures that have come out in the recent two-three days. NASA has released two new pictures of Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system.

The planet Jupiter and its moon Europa can be seen in these pictures. Looking at the pictures shows that the James Webb Space Telescope will be very helpful in research related to our solar system. It can also track asteroids passing near the Earth. The first picture shows the planet Jupiter, to its left and its moon Europa.

In the second image, a short-wavelength image of Jupiter can be seen on the left and a long-wavelength image on the right. This reveals the different atmospheric conditions out there that the Webb telescope has been able to spot.

As per information, both the images were taken with an exposure of 75 seconds. In these, along with Jupiter, its moons Europa, Thebe and Metis are also visible.

Astronomers are hopeful that the James Webb Space Telescope can make discoveries that are unimaginable right now. Who knows what JWST is going to reveal next, but I’m sure we’re in for a lot of surprises, said René Doyen, principal investigator for Webb’s Near-Infrared Imager and Slit Less Spectrograph. In its first series of images, the telescope has shown the world a close-up view of a dying star, as well as a group of five galaxies. In addition, the world has seen baby stars up close, a place known as the nursery of stars.
