RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-Learning Edition launched in India, know price and features

RedmiBook Pro and RedmiBook e-Learning Edition laptops have been launched in India today on Tuesday. Both these laptops are equipped with 11th generation Intel Core processor and 512 GB SSD storage. While the Redmi Book Pro is designed for professionals and people who work from home, the Redmi Book e-learning edition is specifically designed for students. The laptop has a full-HD display and it has also been claimed about the laptop that their battery gives up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge. Xiaomi has given preloaded Windows 10 Home and Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition 2019 in these. Apart from these, this laptop is also eligible for free windows 11 upgrade. Xiaomi has also pre-installed Mi Smart Share app for easy file sharing in these.

RedmiBook Pro, RedmiBook e-Learning Edition price in India, launch offers

RedmiBook Pro 49,999 in India, which offers a single 8GB RAM + 512GB storage configuration. This laptop will be available in Charcoal Gray color option. On the other hand RedmiBook e-Learning Edition The laptop is priced at Rs 41,999 in India, offering a single 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 8GB + 512GB storage configuration, which costs Rs 44,999. The sale of both the laptops will start in India from this Friday, 6th August. It can be purchased through Flipkart, and Mi Home stores.

Talking about launch offers, customers buying Redmi Book Pro will get an instant discount of up to Rs 3,500 on HDFC Bank card or EMI transactions. The Redmi Book e-learning edition will get an instant discount of up to Rs 2,500 via HDFC Bank card.

RedmiBook Pro specifications

Redmi Book Pro runs on Windows 10 Home and has a 15.6-inch full-HD display. The laptop also sports a scissor-mechanism keyboard with 1.5mm of travel, along with a 100cm trackpad with Windows precision drivers and support for multi-touch input. RedmiBook Pro is powered by the 11th generation Intel Core i5-11300H processor, paired with Intel Iris Xe and up to 8GB of DDR4 RAM. In this you also get 512GB NVMe SSD storage.


For connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth v5.0, USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI, Gigabit Internet (RJ45) and a 3.5mm audio jack combo. SD card reader is also present in the laptop.

Xiaomi claims that the Redmi Book Pro has a boot time of less than 12 seconds and a reboot time of less than 25 seconds. It has also been said about the laptop that its wake time is less than 2 seconds.

DTS Audio has been given to provide stereo sound experience with 2W speaker in Redmi Book Pro. You can customize the audio output through the preloaded DTS Audio app.

Like the Redmi Book, the Redmi Book e-learning edition also runs on Windows 10 Home and flaunts a 15.6-inch full-HD display. However, the Redmi Book e-Learning Edition laptop is powered by an 11th generation Intel Core i3-1115G4 processor, paired with a 256GB SATA SSD or 512GB NVMe SSD storage option. Its cost is 8 GB.


The RedmiBook e-Learning Edition also houses stereo speakers with DTS Audio. For connectivity, it includes HDMI port with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB. It has been claimed about the laptop that it will also provide up to 10 hours of battery life on a single charge.
