Reliance Jio’s new ‘work from home’ plan, will get 730 GB data

Many countries around the world, including India, have been battling the COVID-19 pandemic for the past several months. Everyone is forced to do work-from-home. In such a situation, to reduce the pressure of people working from home, telecom companies are offering more than one plan for the users every day, so that the users do not have to loose their pockets for more data. Seeing the need of work from home, Jio has now introduced ‘Work From Home’ plans for its users. These plans are of two types. Reliance Jio has introduced new annual packs for its customers and add-on packs for data needs. Jio’s new annual plan costs Rs 2,399. In this prepaid recharge plan, Jio subscribers will get unlimited voice and SMS facility along with 2 GB 4G data for daily use. Apart from this, recharge of Rs 151, Rs 251 and Rs 201 have been included in the portfolio of add-on packs.

Jio New Annual Plan

Jio has brought a prepaid recharge plan of Rs 2,399 for its subscribers. In this, subscribers will get unlimited calling and SMS facility along with 2 GB 4G data. The validity of the plan is 365 days. It is worth noting that Reliance Jio already has an annual recharge plan of Rs 2,121. In this recharge plan, 1.5 GB 4G data and unlimited calling and SMS facility is being given with a validity of 336 days. Jio launched this plan in February.

Let us tell you, Airtel and Vodafone idea also bring some such plans. Airtel offers 1.5 GB data on recharge of Rs 2,398. Whereas, Vodafone Idea offers 1.5 GB data for Rs 2,399. The validity of the plan of both the networks is 365 days.

Jio New Data Add-On Pack

In view of work from home, Jio has also introduced new ‘data add-on’ packs along with the annual plan. In these packs, you get only data, the validity of which will depend on your existing plan. The company already has 5 add-ons pack But now the company has also included three other packs in view of the need.

Three new plans have been included in these packs. You will get 30 GB 4G data in the Rs 151 plan. The second is a pack of Rs 201, in which 40 GB high-speed data will be available and the third is a pack of Rs 251, in which 50 GB high-speed data will be given to the users.

With these packs, Jio has tried to provide maximum data to its customers at low cost.
