Samsung Notebook 9 Pro launched, S Pen will be available with it

Samsung initially offered its S Pen stylus exclusively for phablets and tablets. But now Samsung has also given an integrated S Pen with its Notebook 9 Pro flexible laptop. At Computex 2017, the company launched 13.3-inch and 15-inch display variants. Notebook 9 Pro comes with 360 degree hinge. However, information about the price and availability of this device has not been received yet. But this device is expected to be made available in the coming time.

The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro runs on Windows 10 and is powered by an Intel Core i7 processor. Both the 13.3-inch and 15-inch laptops have full HD (1080×1920 pixels) touchscreen displays but the smaller variant packs an integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 chip. While the larger variant has separate AMD Radeon RX 540 graphics. The 13.3-inch variant of the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro packs 8GB of DDR4 RAM, while the 15-inch variant packs 16GB of RAM. Both variants will be made available with 256 GB SSD storage.

Anyway, now let’s talk about the most special feature of Samsung Notebook 9 Pro – the new S Pen stylus. The company claims that it comes with a 0.7mm tip and can detect over 4,000 levels of pressure. Apart from this, the S Pen is also equipped with the Air Command feature, which users can use to take notes, edit documents and create artwork. The company has release “The S Pen fully supports Windows Ink workspaces for ease of use and additional Ink-powered features. The S Pen is always on and never needs charging.

In terms of ports, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro comes with two USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C port, one HDMI port, and a microSD card slot. Talking about other connectivity options, this laptop has features like 802.11 ac 2×2 and Bluetooth 4.1.

The dimensions of the 13.3-inch variant of the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro are 310.13×216.92×16.00 millimeters and weighing around 1.3 kg. While the dimensions of the 15-inch variant are 367.22×239.01×17.02 millimeters and weighing 1.72 kg. The laptop will be made available in Titan Silver color variant.
