SpaceX also confirmed the rocket launch on its website. You can watch the launch video below.
Describing the mission, SpaceX representatives said that the Falcon 9 is a reusable, two-stage rocket. It is capable of carrying people and other payloads into low Earth orbit and beyond. It is the world’s first reusable orbital rocket. With its help, we have been able to reduce the cost of our space missions to a great extent.
After launch, the Falcon 9 first stage landed on a droneship called Just Read the Instructions (JRTI) in the Atlantic Ocean, returning to Earth after stage separation.
SpaceX’s Starlink satellite internet service provides worldwide internet connectivity. This also includes Ukraine, which has been under continuous attack from Russia for several days, and the country’s communication infrastructure has been badly destroyed.
