To celebrate Shelby's 60th anniversary, the company plans to build twin-turbo "Code Red" GT500s.

The Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit will feature a new twin-turbocharged GT500 from Shelby and Ford.

A turbocharger replaces the GT500's supercharger in the new Code Red.

The Shelby GT500 Mustang is rated at 760 hp and 625 lb-ft of torque.

It features over 900 horsepower in Shelby's King of the Road variant, which was already announced.

Barrett-Jackson found and restored Little Red, a 1967 EXP 500.

Compared to a linear supercharger, snails on a 5.2-liter V8 produce far more boost.

Code Red was introduced by Shelby in 2008 with a GT500 that had twin turbochargers.
