Realme has revealed the new prices of all its smartphones. The price of Realme 6 Pro now starts at Rs 17,999 in India. This price is of 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant. The 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant of the smartphone will be sold for Rs 18,999 and the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant will be sold for Rs 19,999.
Xiaomi has not yet disclosed the new prices of its smartphone. Let us know that Redmi Note 9 Pro was launched in India for Rs 12,999. This price was of 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant. The 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant of Redmi Note 9 Pro was launched at Rs 15,999.

Realme 6 Pro vs Redmi Note 9 Pro performance and gaming
Reality 6 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro work on the same processor. Both the smartphones come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, which is Qualcomm’s newest chip and this chipset focuses on gaming. Apart from this, support for NavIC satellite system made by India for navigation in Snapdragon 730G also comes. Both the phones use LPDDR4X RAM and come with UFS 2.1 flash storage.
The benchmark scores of both the Realme 6 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro were quite similar due to the similar hardware. In AnTuTu, the Redmi Note 9 Pro scored 279,978 points, while the Realme 6 Pro scored 282,716 points. We also found the real-time performance of both the phones to be pretty similar. Both the custom Android skin included in the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Realme UI included in the Redmi Note 9 Pro did their job well and multitasking was also easy in both. Scrolling and swiping up menus appears to be fast on the Realme 6 Pro. The reason for this is the inclusion of 90Hz refresh rate display panel in Reality 6 Pro. We found that the fingerprint sensors on both the phones also perform very fast and both the sensors are quite accurate too. The face recognition feature is also fast and accurate on both the phones and works quite well in low light on both the devices.
We found the Realme 6 Pro to be a bit easier to hold and handle in long calls due to its low weight. Although both the Realme 6 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro phones are challenging to use with one hand. One of the main reasons for this is the large display included in both.

Despite having a bigger battery with a massive 5,020mAh capacity and the same processor, the Redmi Note 9 Pro lasted just 16 hours in our HD video loop test. The Realme 6 Pro, on the other hand, with its 4,300mAh battery, lasted 21 hours and 42 minutes in a similar test. Both the phones easily lasted for a day and a half.
To charge the battery of Realme 6 Pro, the phone includes 30W fast charging support, which is quite fast. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 9 Pro only comes with 18W fast charging support, and considering the larger capacity, it takes longer to fully charge. Both the smartphones come with chargers with the above mentioned charging capabilities in the box.
