The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to be the next flagship smartphone from the Chinese smartphone maker, which is reported to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Now a tipster has revealed some more of its specs. Well-known tipster Yogesh Brar has revealed in a Twitter post that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra can see 12GB to 16GB of RAM. Although, the type of RAM and storage has not been mentioned here, but being a top end smartphone, LPDDR5X RAM can be given in the device. Whereas up to 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage can be seen in it.

Tipster has also mentioned its battery capacity in the specifications of Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The phone is said to have a 4,900mAh battery. Along with this, 90W fast charging can also be seen in this device. At the same time, it can also come with 50W wireless charging support. Regarding the operating system, it has been said that it can come with Android 13 based MIUI 14 out of the box. In the series, the company has used the Leica camera, which is also applicable for this handset. According to the tipster, a 50-megapixel main camera can be seen in it. It can come with a quad cam setup in which the secondary sensor can be a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera. Apart from this, there can be 2 more supportive cameras of 50 megapixels.
For selfie and video calling, it can be offered with a 32-megapixel camera in the front. The phone is said to have a 6.7-inch WQHD+ AMOLED display. A refresh rate of 120Hz can be seen in this. Although the company has not yet given any indication about its launch date, but it is very likely that this smartphone may hit the market in the coming weeks.
